Event Support:
Q: I don't want to register online. Can I mail in my registration?
A: No. Everyone needs to register online. No mail-ins. (i.e; old f*ckers, figure it out. Ask your grandchild for help.)
*Certain exceptions can be made for a few of you dumbasses. Contact the current GDR for instructions, and we'll add you to the dumbass list.
Q: I have a problem with my event registration or tickets. Where do I get support?
A: Use the "Support Link" in your registration email. (if you haven't registered yet, then you don't need support for anything)
Q: Where is my ticket?
A: Your ticket is emailed to you immediately after registration. It's a PDF File Attachment in your Event Registration Email (check your spam folder if you don't see an email from ECV Lost Dutchman). Download/Save the PDF File Attachment. Bring it to the event on your phone or print. We will Scan your ticket at the event Check-In.
*Group Registration Tickets: Tickets are emailed to each person + the main booker. The main booker will receive his ticket + All other tickets in the group (as duplicates - just in case someone doesn't have email).
Q: How does the New Ticket System and Check-In work now?
A: Your (emailed) PDF Ticket has a QR Code on it. Bring your ticket (on phone or print) to the event check-in booth. We'll scan your ticket and you're Checked-In! You'll then receive your event shirt and event packet. Super easy and very fast.

Q: I need to cancel my registration and get a refund. How can I do this?
A: Use the "Support Link" in your registration email. Provide the "Registration ID" from your registration email when filling out the form. (Please note: Refunds are not given past the "Registration Cut Off Date", or shortly after)

Q: I have a question, comment, or suggestion about ECV Chapter 5917+4. Who do I talk to?
A: Directly (personally) speak with the current Humbug, or any Chapter Officer, or any Greybeard. Find Them Here.
Q: I want to be more involved with ECV 5917+4. What should I do?
A: Look at the Calendar and attend a meeting or event.

A: Use the "Support Link" in any event registration email you've received. We take updates and suggestions seriously.
